Was most upset went to get olaplex treatment. Got wash 1st step of olaplex put on and a blow wave. It's not how it's done.
1. Mix 1 part olaplex no 1 bond multiplier to 3 parts water
2.Fully saturate hair
3.leave on for 5 min or more
4. Don't rinse
5 apply no 2 bond perfector to your hair and comb through once
6 leave on for 10 min or more
7 rinse
8 shampoo as usual

So the was should of happened at end of treatment. And the step one should be put on dry hair.
My hair felt terrible.
